School Day

Morning Arrangements

All students should use the back gate to enter school between 8.30am and 8.40am.

Students attending Breakfast Club (8.00am – 8.30am), those arriving late, and parents/carers or visitors should continue to use the main front entrance as usual.

End-of-Day Arrangements

To ensure a smooth and safe exit from the site, we will be operating a staggered departure:

• Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11): leave at 3.15pm

• Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9): leave at 3.20pm

This 5-minute gap will help manage the flow of students and prevent congestion at the back gate.

We would also like to remind students and families that Welland Park is a public space, used by members of the community at all times of the day. We expect student behaviour to be exemplary while walking through the park. Students must be respectful of other park users and ensure they do not block paths or gather in large groups. Our school values extend beyond the school gates, and we trust our students to represent the academy positively at all times.
