Welland Park Academy believes that all young people should be encouraged to succeed and is dedicated to raising the aspirations and expectations of all students with SEND.

We are committed to ensuring that all of our students experience the very best education and the most effective and impactful provision.

We recognise that there is a continuum of SEND.

We aim to focus on outcomes for students, enabling them to become well rounded, independent and prepared for life after Welland Park Academy.
We believe that every teacher is a teacher of SEND and that good SEND practice, is good practice for all.
